They dont' stick to their words

I sent my parents and uncle aunty for a tour of South India. In the start they told that they will take care of everything. I trusted them and send them. I payed 18000/- per couple. (total 36, 000/-).

They lacks proper communication. They didn't inform their people in particular places about what to do next.

They care till they get the money. They will call if there is a due. After giving the money, they wouldn't even respond properly. Upon troubles, when I tried to contact them nobody would reply properly.

My personal suggestion to anyone planning to go by this agency please beware. These people are donot care about the people they are taking. They are not punctual. I am feeling very sorry for my parents.
