Kajal I beilve your calls are recorded you called me in the afternoon and asked for details for both the bookings. your system would have captured all my data if you are still not clear. You wanted time to review my case and where suppose to call me in the evening. You called at 01.28 pm from 911244628700 which is not evening. I think you should listen to your call as the promised /assused call back which you where suppose to give me in the evening didn't happen.

As per your convienve you again want repeated inform..

Kajal you are a member of customer delight you yourself don't follow up your cases, don't call as promised ..

Not sure if you can handle by complaint

Call my nice tomorrow on her no as I would be busy incase you still are unclear.
