Complaint against Pearls Tours & Travels

Dear friends,

I booked tour through Pearls tours & Travels recently. I was totally cheated by them. They have not given good service & collected huge amount from us. Later only I came to know I have paid them huge amount when compared to other travel companies. Initially they were kind enough till booking the tour but after collected the money they have shown their real face. The hotels they are telling one thing & finally they are forcing to stay in cheap hotels. The vehicle provided also not good. It got struck all of a sudden & didnt replaced it immediately I was stood in middle of the road with my family & 2 kids in mid night. I was very frustrating moment. We had a very bad experience with them. Also it was a worst tour ever. Iam totally depressed so only want to share with u all friends. I request all of you before planning a tour with any travel agents, pls know their service with other persons. refer about them & proceed. as we cant waste our hard earned money with this type of cheaters
