Dear all,

I m vivek singh proprietor of Planet T it’s a travel agency before two month I registered with just dial for my business promotion. There manager comes to my office and told me about there plan .he told me that give me a cheque for three month and after that if you want to continue with us then we will start Ekes mode in that the monthly charges will deduct automatically from your account. I selected the plan and given a cheqe to him for two moth deposit. After 1st of June my plan is activated After forty days I receive a call from just dial they says that my plan is over please renew it I m agree for that and again I given a cheque to him for three month deposit. But at that time when I check my bank account statement then I noticed that the presented Ecs from the first moth in my account on 28th of June. And the same amount is presented three time for clearing but there is not sufficient fund in the account so that my bank bounce that Ecs amount and charge me penalty for that three time.

I called to there manager Mr. Prasant sharma he told me that sir I alredy region from there from last two month so I m not responsible for that. And then I called to customer support of just dial there they are telling me, sir I m sorry for that, our person given u wrong information actually we start esc mode within 21 days from the date of registration.

Is this company policy that don’t tell full information to there customer. And after all if they are presenting any ecs to there customer bank account then its not necessary to conform to there customer that he is agree or not he is redy to continue or not. They are telling there customer that there Ecs will start after three month but they start it from the first month

When I given a complain to customer care center at that time the start to send me the details

They start sending me sms and mail regarding that payment
