WRONG COMMITMENT

SIR,

I Have purchase a holiday package from today retail network pvt. ltd. (BAG IT TODAY), on dated 27-03 booking id 1016822789

they are sale his product with wrong following commitments

1. we are give gift (a bag and a watch), but they give only one bag

2. you book your holiday package any days for the year now they say you cant book your holiday on black out days 20th

dec. to 7th january

3. you can book any resort only one option date but before 21 days book now they say you give three destinations and three dates

for availing your booking and give before 30 days

4. no any amount paid by you after purchases order now they say you give 450/- for booking your holiday
