We had a booked a Rajasthan trip through Jalendar Singh Rathode, Jaipur from 22nd Dec. to 29th Dec., with full confirmation personally by him and via e-mail and hard copy confirmed bookings of various hotels on his letter pad.

We paid him advance of Rs. 50, 000.00 in cash on 18/10 in his bank a/c. in Uco Bank and SBBJ Bank Parbatsar Branch.

He never contacted us after we deposited the advance and his mobile nos. were not reachable for last 2 months.

On 14/12 we recieve a cheque by courier of Rs.50, 000.00 of Uco Bank with no information or covering letter as why the refund has been sent as we all in the family were looking towards this trip.

Till date we have no communication from his side as why the tour has been cancelled AND above all his cheque has BOUNCED .

I am in pain and very much surprise, astonished as how RAJASTHAN TOuRISM is allowing these type of fraudelent, non professional tour operators to CHEAT tourist. I was taking my whole family to this wonderful state of Rajasthan but
all in vain.
If some authority in RAJASTHAN TOURISM/GOVERMENT CAN TAKE ACTION AND DO JUSTICE SO THAT IMAGE OF RAJASTHAN TOURISM CAN BE SAVED AND I CAN RECOVER MY ADVANCE AND DAMAGES .
