Fraud selling of holiday packages & false commitments

I received a call from Today Holiday Solutions on October 28th. I was not interested. But they insisted & insanely called numerous times, the same evening..and got me agreed for buying the package after promising a Gift (they confirmed over email the receipt of money & promised to deliver the product, specific make & model within 2 working days). Thereafter, I had been calling them up, promptly following up.. Initially they promised to deliver the product within a week but then, they said they cannot give the product as it is out of stock. One of their team members, claiming himself to be a senior authority then, promised the refund of the amount. But he is now said to have left the company. Now, everytime a new representative answers (I have about 20 names of their executives) & promises to resolve the problem by calling within 24 hours. Now, they are not ready to pick up my call & its been about 3 months am suffering from this turmoil. They are all fake.

Though after reading so many complaints against them am assured they are frauds & would not refund the money. I would make sure to take strict action against this company so may they end their drama of playing with innocents.
