Dear all,

Never book a ticket through via.com, if ever booked never think of calling their call center for any details or clarification. I had booked a ticket from delhi to bangalore for jan 25 and didnt know whether the ticket was confirmed or know, so i called to via.com customer care. And their call center executive ANURADHA had answered the call. And the response from her was very worst. The management should take some action on this and should warn the executives who are behaving wrong with the customers. I will never book any tickets from via.com here after, i think the call center executive in via.com should be trained properly so that they loose their customers
