I HAD a very very bad tour with Bharat booking a person manu thakur fooled me after taking advance for my daimond package changed my room to 1100 rs hotel which has no amenities as intercom wifi or power back up also for which i was charged 4500, On first day at hotel in dharmashala i was told will pick up and transfer to hotel i asked him repeatedly in reaching early morning will hotel check me in he said no problem but fact was the hotel did not give me room till 12 noon 4 hours me with my wife and child had to roam on the streets and had to freshen up bath outside restaurant, in 5 degree temp, my whole 1 day tour of dharmashala was spoiled, no welcome drink but bad reception, i called manu he said pay extra money and check in, next day i reached dalhousie in a pathetic hotel bombay palace where i stay in ordinary room people around stay in same room at 1500 as they told me and i m fool who payed 4500 & each time ur people black mail me bcos i have payed 90% money already so i had to bear all the things, I was fooled for nearly 10000 even his driver said u pay me remaining 3000 today itself or else im not coming tomm, i demanded explaination for my complaints none was ready to address only they wanted me to pay balance amount as early as possible Manu had commited me package inclusive GST but they asked seperate GST again, no problem I paid bcos i dont care for 5000 here and there & I did not have any alternatives as they were blackmailing to cancel further tour, worst is the way these people talked to me insulted me for mere 3000.
