Not Provided LTC Bill from Ajay Modi travel

Hello,

I have traveled for tour in the month of February from Ajay Modi travels. They have given me normal bill of 27, 500 of tour in the month of January (Which is not applicable for LTC). After completion of tour i came back to banglore in the month of march. Due to unavailability of mine in ahmedabad i had not asked for the LTC bill.

I came in gujarat for diwali vacation and i had asked Ajay Modi travel, Mithakhali office for LTC bill. They straight way told me that we can not provide you the LTC bill. Even if i told, I am ready to give the service tax of bill but still they are not agreeing and gave me some stupid reason. I wanted to submit my LTC bill in my company.

Please help me to take my LTC bill from Ajay Modi Travel Of Mithakhali office.
