Submitted invalid document to obtain schengen visa for me and wife

M/s AK holidays, Mulund, Mumbai undertook to get schengen visa for me and my wife. I paid a sum of Rs 11, 000/- by cheque towards their fees for obtaining visa. I had submitted my application with the cheque for their fees on July 1 but till July 12 the visa was not obtained. So I approached the Belgium Consulate in Mumbai where our applications were submitted. The officer on duty informed me that the payment receipt for prepiad hotel booking was not submitted by M/s AK Holidays and hence they doubt the genuineness of the booking. Realising that the documents submitted by the travel agent were not in order, i decided to withdraw the application so that atleast i have our passports in our to proceed to UK on July 15. I want our fees paid to the travel agent be refunded and we are compnsated for the adverse remarks put by Belgium Consulate on our passports.
