Providing Invalid Offers

I booked a ticket on which a laptop bag was offered. I never got any kind of mail asking for any extra details. After 10 days I make a call to customer service and they tell me that I had to send a mail to specific email id to get bag.

Since all the details from permanent address to contact details and flight details are with MakeMyTrip, then what extra details do they want.

This is a clear indication of CHEAP TRICKS to fool customer. I am shocked and feel sad for such a big company for CHEATING.

I hope makemytrip will look into it and give a proper explanation (other than that it is company policy that I should have send u details (which makemytrip already have)).
