Payment made for trip but travel confirmation not received

I made an online booking for a flight and hotel via makemytrip.com on 12the jun. An amount of INR 7760 was debited from my account via icici bank net banking and the money was payed to BILL JUNCTON PAYMENT Ltd with the transaction ID 326200980. I never received any travel ticket or hotel voucher for my booking inspite of paying the money. I made numerous calls to make my trip. It was sheer wastage of time and money as the call center agents just keep passing my call from dept to dept and finally they cut my call without any reply. They do it like they are trained to do so. Right now I have written mails to which there has been no reply. I think makmy trip is a scam and they arrange to steal money from customers who unsuspectingly book through their website. I need either the travel confirmation or my money should be returned via net banking to my icici account
