Conductors not stopping the busses at bus stop, which is near Punjab National Bank (Inside Lingampally)

This is regarding the busses are not being stopped at the bus stop which is near to Punjab National Bank (near to More).

The residents of the colony are facing problems to travel from that area to out of Lingampally.

And the bus stop exists on one side of the road, but no bus stop on the other side of the road.

The conductors hesitate to stop the bus on the other side even after multiple requests.

Plz consider this issue ASAP.
