Not getting any channels during daytime for almost a month

Dear sir,

This is with respect to the non reception of any TV channels during daytime in Asianet Digital TV service in Chengannur, Alappuzha dist, Kerala, India. Whenever I try to call the customer care no (0479-2454444), its either disconnected or is left unattended. They have already taken the payment in advance and I have been facing this problem for almost 2 months with no response from the concerned technical department irrespective to the complaints given. They are taking this lightly which really is preposterous and frustrating and unprofessional. Request you to help me rectify this issue.
