Incorrigible service

This is a complaint against refusal of shedding light on procedures to unsubscribe to my connection which has been renewed last month for another year and reclaim my money . this step of unsubscribing of my tv connection is being taken due to the extremely poor reception of channels as well as the pathetic response to such repeated complaints. most of the time the screen gets frozen and a msg of 'no signal' is displayed. the heights of unprofessionalism of the customer care is nothing to write home about. moreover, out of the original 150 channels which were promised, prime channels of sports are not being aired resulting in most of the relevant sporting action of our nation being missed out.

this feedback is a result of consistent unhindered poor performance of the service over a sustained period of more than a year.
