Complaints not attended to despite repeated requests

My asianet cable was out of order from 6-6 and I have registered acomplaint on the day itself {noB00006107}

I have also telephoned several times to asianet service centre at thirualla [complaint no 263} in the matter but of no use.

Nobody has come till this time for attending the complaint. Hence I am expressing my strong objection in the manner

you are attending your consumers.
