Non delivery of Dish TV

I purchased a Beetel qwerty dual sim mobile phone from you with a free offer of Airtel DTH. Upon receiving the said mobile I was instructed to contact the Airtel customer care to get the DTH system istalled at my home on payment of Rs825. But on dialing to the said airtel officials, the call was either not heard or they told me some other phone numbers to contact which were vague numbers as there was no response from those numbers. Now after a month or more I have realised that I have been cheated by the HOMESHOP 18 officials as well as the AIRTEL DTH officials. Shortly I will be apprachin g the counsumer court for redressal of my complaint and seeking the compensation for monetary loss and mental disturbance.
