Remote control not working

Dear Sir,

I have purchase Videocon Plasma TV, Inegra model on dated 09.06.2009 vide Invoice No. 1178 of M.E.L. Enterprises, Nagpur. On failure of Remote control, I had a visit to your nagpur costomer care, S.A. road, Nagpur. First time they have repaired remote and charged Rs 150/- and it is again failed within a week, I have ask them to give me new one they have given me one remote and charged Rs 600/- which was not suitable then they have give me another 2-3 remotes but not matched with the TV. They have again repaired my old one and the same is again failed within 5 days. Today I have a visit in your costomer care centre but regretted to have the service of your people and their behavior too. On contact to Mr. Nitin Maske and Mr. Sachin Belge they have refused to give the new one saing that it is not available with Videocon company.

Sir should I understand that I have been cheated by such big company like Vediocon.
