About smart card suspension

we are regretted to inform that, many more times we have informed to the customer care about our smart card suspension even though there is sufficient period to spare.we recharged our a/c on 1st april for Rs 1310 /- (yearly pack).but our connection ended on 15 th september.we complaint about this problem to the customer service but they told that we have not informed them about the package.how is it correct? we know that we can recharge for how much we want but why you have the denomination of Rs 1310/- for an year... kindly do the needful to us also send a favourable reply as soon as possible...
