Airtel DTH Problem from last month

Our Airtel DTH is not working from atleast one month. Service center has changed our STB twice for Rs. 500/- but problem is still not resolved. We have call airtel call center and airtel service center for this but we feel that the are not serious about this. Out Customer ID is 3000300669 and our View Card no. is 000005834155. We are mentally harrased. I want that airtel should return back atleast double money back to me which they have charged for STB and bill plan.
