Non -functioning of IPTV and INTERNET

Dear sir,

This is with regards my landline # 01145130390 and we are using under combo scheme of AIRTEL, IPTV, BROADBAND and telephone. Surpringly IPTV and INTERNET is not functioning or partly functioning at times. I have lodged several complaints but of no awail.my latest complaint # is 1772434 dtd.06/08 #1941018 dtd.07/08 resulting in bare assurances from the call centers of Bharti Airtel (who work to kill time) that a compesation / waiver would be adjusted against the bill.

But very unfortunately no action has been taken to compensate the the time I and my family lost without watching IPTV and internet.

kindly take action in this regards and inform at the earliest.
