Hi Team,
This is is reg my request for a shift of my IPTV's connection from one room to another room within my house's premises. I have raised a request on 17/May for the shift of my Connection point. I was very happy that the surveillance engineer visited my house the very next day, He told me that he did not have the length of chord that was required so my request would be completed the next day. I told it was not a issue. But my days of harassment started from that day onward, i have requested for the resolution of the issue at least 10 times since then but every time i get an assurance that my problem will be resolved within "8 Working Hours", and I have been getting this assurance for over a week. It seems like Bharti Airtel's Employees work for less than one hour a day that's why "8 Working Hours" have not completed so far. Every time I raise a new request i just receive a new request number but no resolution.
Yesterday morning I received a call from the engineer and again got an assurance that my issue will be resolved by Yesterday 16:00 IST, but again nobody from Airtel IPTV's team turned up, also over the phone he told me that I would need to make my own arrangements for the chord that was required. the Engineer's name is Hemant his mobile number is 9716146528. I was really shocked on listening to this statement as the engineer who visited my house the first time assured me that i wouldn't need to pay anything or make any arrangements for the shift, nor do any other service provider ask for such arrangements from their customers.
Kindly suggest me what is the use of paying my bills on time or continuing with Airtel's services when I m not even getting proper costumer service. If I miss out to pay my bill by even a single day, I would get at least 10 calls within a day, but when I request a service from your side, I don't receive a single communication from your side for Days and Days. I never expected such kind of pathetic and rude treatment from Airtel for a customer of nearly 6 Years. Very Disappointing.
