SIR,

I Rahul R Gupta want my unnecessary deduction balance back from Bharati Airtel Ltd as co is deducting my balance every day from march-12 As today when i spoke to call centre representative he said that i have activated a value sports standard pack of which amount is been deducted from my account, but i am surprised that i have never activated any plan. My Balance is been deducted by Rs 5.86 daily, .without our intimation the plan is been shifted as per company benefit. This time we have charged annual plan but I feel been cheated by company automatically converting my ultra pack plan to value sports plan.. I think if company have any financial crisis, i m happy to donate to Bharati Airtel Ltd, but the company should not do such type of malpractices.

So to the kind management i request to refund the above amount in my account as early as possible.
