Provided Wrong Information from Airtel DTH service center resulting in monetary loss

Dear Sir,

I am user of Airtel DTH vied customer ID number-3008067415.Today on 08.12. I got into an Airterl Relationship center with an intention of recharging my Airterl DTH for the month of December at Jadavpur Thana Area, thereafter, I have asked a customer service executive to help me with the Customer ID number for my DTH which I didn't have at that moment.

The executive asked me my mobile number against which the connection was taken and registered at the time of availing this service. The executive provided me a Customer ID -which is (3008062998). I had eventually recharged with Rs350/- and the confirmation is there in my mobile.

But to my utter surprise when I came back to my residence I found the customer ID was wrong and my Rs 350/- has gone wasted.

Request you to kindly take this matter to the highest level and stop this kind of irresponsible behaviour of the executives.
