Non delivery for 20 days, stores shut down

hey guys in spite of 20 calls and atleast 10 emails and complained big flix is just not responding to my request..they show a movie delivered and taken back twice in twenty days but never delivered to me... i request big flix to stop cheating us... my id is 58386075 and mail id vivekhprt183@gmail.com

Dear Sir/madam,

my memership number is 58386075 in my name vivek gupta

it is so bad and hurting to see a organization like your doing such cheap tricks

first close down ur shops withput any reason or intimation

second the movie rakt charitra shows as being held by me which never came to me at all, i still hold the old movie

last but not the least i receive at least five days f repeated sms and mail that the movie is on the way to be delivered but never reach me, do i have to wait for a week for the movie which i have reserved and u guys are playing around with our time and money,

who is going to compensate for the crap i have been going through, can someone answer

it is really cheap of u guys to get down to such tricks.
