False commitment

Hi

I have purchased Big Tv DTh 200554230930 26/11 one year back and after one year the set top box started creating problem i made a complain to bigtv no 114652295

and the service engineer is asking for Rs 175 and that to i came to know it because i havent recharge my account as there was less balance in it, even before registering the complains the customer care executive haven't told that you will be charged service fee of 175 the defect and now they are saying you can throw the dth is you dont want to pay the service charge

this was never told that you have to pay service charge

i would request all the big tv consumers plz check you account balance regularly

totally sales oriented comany only false commitment
