Non repairing of top box under varranty

Espected ser I have taken big tv connection at my home tv 4 months ago my smart card no is 200669139910 in my name. The top box of the tv connection is not working since last one month I have made complianed to big tv customer care, of big tv connection four times but no action has been taken so far .what can i do about the same.
