Dear Sir, we are recharge my big tv smart card no.200600934567 nandeshwer nagda, by Rs@200.00 on dtd. 07/10/10. In next day 08/10/10 my ac balance is shown zero balance We call to customer care he talk to me our service rep. come to your home for remote send so balance are laps, but no body contact to me and come to my home, we call to big tv from last one weak but no body can response to me. we are very absent and puzzled to services of big TV. pls look into complaint of this froud big TV's. We don't suggest to any person to purchase BIG TV
