Irresonsible customer care

My Big TV set up box number is 200609205172 is not working from November 14th, I have complained about this and they have given me complaints number around 7 to 8 times that i have saved, from that day they have not solve my problem and daily i am calling to customer care and they are telling my problem will be sort within an hour, 12 hours or 24 hours and still nobody is caring about my problem. As i want to return the setup box they are telling they will not refund the amount Rs. 2000 which i have paid and i am agreed even that also, but i have charge monthly Rs. 370 is there in my account and they are telling me that even that money also will not be refund. This Big TV's customer is very worst and one of the customer service executive is talking like big rowdy. Please help me to solve this problem.
