Additional Charges deducted for the second TV (Child TV) connection

BIG TV was installed in my house on 10/10
- During the last week of September when I talked to your
customer care executive (through 1800-200-9001) regarding multiconnection
the following details were provided.
- (a) Multiconnection (2 tvs) should be in the name of the
same person.
- (b) Existing TV will be called 'Mother TV' & second TV will
be called 'Child TV'
- (c) Same offer package should be taken for both TVs.
- (d) Cable connection will be given for both TVs from a
single dish through twin LNBF.
- (e) The child TV will be charged 50% of the tariff rate for
the package
- (f) Additional STB will be provided for the child TV.
- Accordingly I selected Diamond package along with 2 regional
packages (Tamil & Kannada) for both the TVs.
- I paid Rs - through Galaxy Electronics, Rajarajeshwari
Nagar on 29/09 for Diamond package with 3 months free viewing.
- Mr. Prashanth of BIG TV came on 29/09/10 but installation
could not be done as he did not bring the twin LNBF. He again came back on
01/10/10 & connected the cable for the child TV from the existing dish &
installation was done.
- On 17/12, a message was flashed on the child TV screen
that free viewing will end after 10 days.
- On enquiring with your customer care (1800-200-9001) I was
told that 90 days free viewing (not 3 months) was counted from 29/09/10 &
not from 01/10 when the actual connection was done. Hence free viewing
will end on 27/12/10.
- I recharged Rs 500/- (Rs300 Rs200) to my Child TV account
on 23/12/10 & my balance on 27/12/10 was Rs 516.16 p. Balance in Mother TV
on 23/12/10 was Rs. 716.
- From 28/12, it is observed that 100% charges are being
deducted daily from my Child TV account instead of 50%.
- Complaint was lodged on 29/12 to customer care followed
by reminders on 31/12 & 03/01. Several e-mails were sent giving all the
details, but the mistake was not rectified.
- I went for multiconnection only because of the 50% offer on
the Child TV . I contacted the BIG TV officials- Mr. Jagan on email. I recd. no reply from him. Later Mr. Ratish Radhakrishna contacted me and had sent a mail saying that this offer is available for long duration packs only and the Customer service executives could inform me on this because they were ignorant. But why should I be pernalised for thier ignorance. If this offer is not provided w.e.f. 28/12/10, then I am not
interested to have the 2nd TV connection & transmission to the 2nd TV may
be TERMINATED. Seeing no response, I requested for a termination of the service for the second TV on 21-1-11. As of now they have not terminated the service but are deducting full charges. The service is PATHETIC, CALLOUS AND DISGUSTING. The bungling made by them in the last 45 days are :
1) Charging erroneously for the second service visit by the technician and then reversing the same after repeated complaints
2) No service reports provided at all either during the installation or during the two subsequent visits by the technician. Request for the same was turned down saying that they do not have this practice.
3) Request for Statement of account not provided citing the reason that they are not authorized to give. This is sought by me because of the inconsistency of the balance positions reflected in the IVRS and the displays in the TVs,

I do not know whom to contact and escalate the issue. Kindly help.
