Non reciept of new connection

I had booked for a new connection on 21/1. cheque for which was given vide No 510829 which was cleared by SBH Pune on 24/1.but my old TATASKY 1 month charging was done hence i requested to put thru my connection after my request only.

they had given me contact no 9372789845 Shri Vilas Sir but same no i tried 100 times got not replied. pl. expediate & provide me connection urgently otherwise i shl proceed to consumer court
