My Big TV Card No. 200609895475. Your cable DTH TV service is not working since last 10 days. It's installation condition is shown poor on TV and not functioning further. I have phoned toll free No. 1800 200 9001 so many times but your phone line is not connecting. Kindly check my connection immediately and send the cable engineer so that he could find out the problem and repair it.
