Dear sir,

I am recharge my big tv in every month smart card no.200660384151 amount is130rs, but i didn't get any benefit from the rupees 130 pack (malayalam basic) i am getting only tow malayalam channel (asianet, amritha). i have already complained about this customer care many times, they told me they will send service technician to check the problem but no one came.please solve the problem as soon as possible
