Not attending the complaint for last 3 weeks

Dear sir,
We (Smart Card No. : 41331830921; User Id: CR6142866) have been facing problems with Sun TV Communication regarding non availability of any channels. Since past 3 weeks we have been continually calling in Customer Care and registering complaints. They promise to come over to correct the error with in 24 hours. But no one comes. Every other day we get to know that the previous complaint had been solved. And again get a new complaint number.
Our firm is a Share Broking Firm. We have to have the proper connection all the time as we then face our client's complaints.
Kindly do the needy as soon as possible.
