Poor service

I bought Samsung LED Smart TV: UA40d600wrmxl s/no: 201532eb7000310 on

weekends of 15 th of august with scheme of free cordless 3d sound

system which is still not deliver.

The dealer Samsung Plaza 4, Basant Lok Vasant Vihar New Delhi 57

promised that the 3d sound system panel with cordless woofer will be

deliver from company only, got delivery of TV on same day.

It's almost a month now, and last week when I reminded the dealer

again promised to be deliver before Monday but still waiting and no response, so I am writing and

document my complaint.
