Poor quality of LCD product & service

Brand new LCD Kyuten 32 brought from NEXT stores in Noida is giving white spots, after a number of complaints the service manager recommends a change in tV set, but no one has come back or responded in spite of several reminders, Videocon handles the service for them, i suggest before buying any TV or electronic items in India, check on the service centre first & then make the purchase.
