When I presented my SBI Credit card it was rejected saying REFER TO ISSUER. i AM USING THE CARD FOR THE LAST 3 YEARS AND ALL PAYMENT OF DUES WERE MADE BEFORE THE DUE DATES.
Being the festive season I want to reactivate my card
