Cable Connection
No Service

We are users for ACT Cable Network which is one of biggest cable network in the city. We are not getting good recpection for cable network since 2 weeks & has infromed the contact center for the same on (0731-405555). We are among those who pays the Bill on time when ever being asked to do so. Fist of all we being assured that it would be taken care of soon. However with time we found that responce from the team is not up to the mark. We were being abussed when asked the guy on the customer care to get this storred, he said okay to that & we kept on waitng for the same. At the after looseing pactince when we told to complain in Police for the same customer service guy that "You can do what ever you feel for the same & he would make sure that Our Cable Connection is soon being disconnected." These were the Words from that network provider.

I would like you to help us & get this matter sorted so that even they should know what they are talking about & what rights we have as citzen of India. Please suggest what shall be done for the same.
