Not showing all channels

Dear Sir

I am a consumer of sristi network in Behala, kolkata circle, since long time we are unable to see the channels which are so clalled pay channel, where as all over kolkata viewers are seeing the same without any charges. Ony Behala viwers cannot enjoy the fecility.

May I know why is the discrepency, Where we are pay the charges to the operator.

If the channels are pay channel then how are all other viewers of kolkata can see the channels?

Please let me know why? please take care of my application.
