We got VideoconD2h at home. All the time, the online recharge website does not work properly and before recharging successfully, it deducts 2 or 3 times the money of the recharge amount. We recharged for 300 rupess and it got failed for first time, so the total amount deducted was 600 rs. At the top of everything, they cut the services on the due date but money will be deducted for those days too. If they cut the services, why would the money be deducted for those days too. Also, immediately after recharging, the services will n ot resume. The services may resume only after half a day or a day ..
