Non installation of Airtel DTH service after recieving the payment

I Mithun Roy has taken a new Airtel digital TV connection to install at 33/12 Ram Dhone Ghose Lane, P.O: Belur Math, District: Howrah, PIN:711202 @ Rs.999.00 plan on 01.04.2011 with a airtel number offer & I have booked as well the payment made on same day i.e 01.04.2011.One of Airtel's distributor called Cell Unisource Limited had collect the payment behalf of Airtel DTH service & they promised that the connection will be installed within 48 Hours from the time of payment collection but so havn't its not done. The persone collect the payment of Cell Unisource Limited. Mr. Arpan, (Mob: 91 9831645397) is not responding after collecting the payment as well Mr. Sachin Bhopal, Mob:(91 9833802924) who is looking after the installation as Mr. Arpan said.

Please look after in this matter on urgent basis.
