Disappearance of all branches

I've been a patron of Cinema Paradiso (Bangalore, Koromangala branch) for the past 3 years. Couple of weeks ago, when I had gone to rent a movie, I found to my dismay that the branch had been closed. Originally I thought that the shop had relocated elsewhere, but to my dismay found that none of their telephone numbers worked - when I googled, came to know that all the branches have been closed. I would like to register a complaint for (1) not notifying a registered member in advance about the closure of their branches and (2) disappearing with the refundable deposit of INR 3000 which I would like to get back

Appreciate if this is taken as a formal complaint and progressed forward
