Closed outlet without refunding deposit

I am a member of the Cinema Paridaso movie rental since 2006. I had paid a refundable deposit of Rs 2500. They had outlets in kormangala as well as Jayangar.

Recently, I found both outlets are closed. Also, on browsing the internet, I find they have closed outlest all over India and other customers have registered similar compliants.

I want to lodge compliant for refund of the deposit paid by me (Rs 2500). In addition, I want them to compensate for closing their outlets without informing me and without giving me an opportunity to get my deposit back.
