Replace set top box

I Mr. Snehasish Das residing at 50 Masjid Bari Street Kolkata 700 006, I have applied a set top box to my local Cable operator Mr. Bijoy Shaw. He brings a set top box to my aforesaid address within 1 week for Rs 1000/-. After installation I have observed that the box have some internal problem. The problem is in this box is it switched off automatic when a program is running. I inform to my local cable operator but they didn't give any response. Now I am helpless. I feel I was cheated by your company. Now I want to replace my set top box as early as possible. I request you that please look into this matter. I hope you should take some steps about this matter. Please do the needful.
