We made a complaint on 15 august. Mr. Rahul (engineer) visited on 17 august and informed that there is fault in set top box that had to be replaced on 18 august but till date nobody has come or contacted us. we want to know the status. As per information from the tata sky helpline we were assured that the problem would be rectified within 24 hours but nothing has been done so far.
