Dear sir,

I am suffering from the problem of display Error E 30-4 & E04-4 on TV screen & Remote is not work properly with my vediocon D2H from last Saturday

My customer ID : 7671457

Customer name: Saurabh Ranjan

i have filed complain many times to the customer care center. Every call has been on hold approx.- 10-15 mints.

My complaint Detail :

complaint no. 1:

121535428 dated 21/07/12

complaint no 2 :

121606499 dated 21/07 and 10-15 call in a day.(21 & 22/07) till night.

But customer care executive not register my complaint, he tolled me now your problem has been resolved permanently. but again after half an hour same problem is repeated.

I have also filed my complaint 16 time via phone.

still no action is taken accept assurance of providing service as soon as possible.

please consider it materially.
