Terrible service

I bought tata sky a secondary and a primary connection. I am paying 400 monthly, now recently these suckers removed ten sports, espn, star sports etc... without telling about it. Through alert, they just ran a message sometimes on ten sports, but before removing, they should ask the consumer that they want to continue using the service they have to pay such amount and after that i tried on there customer f*cking care, i was fucking waiting for there representative for 20 minutes, after that i disconnected! Beware all!
