My settop box is not functioning for the last more than a week. Ihave been repeatedly requesting for its remedial action but no response coming to redress the grievance. Of late my complaint has been noted but awaiting necessary action to set the dish/ set top bopx in order. So Irequset to please arrange to send your person to see the problem on PRIORITY.
