Terrible service

We have been asking for the SCV Set Top Box for about 2 months. We were told every time we called 24342883 that it will be bought home in 1 hour and 2 hours... now its almost 2 months and still i have not got it... now when we called today we were told to go to their office. We went there and told them to collect money. The girl there did not collect the money and told us that she will send some one home. We kept waiting as usual but no one turned up. We called at least 8 times and wasted our phone bill and every time the person picked up the call and took our address details. Finally it is 11.00 pm and no one turned up... i really don't know how long more we have to wait for the set top box... we could actually go for dist tv or tata sky... we are the customers of scv for the past 15 years and see the service we get???
